Hiding Mobile Background on Website (Excluding Homepage)

Recommended Posts

Site URL: https://physicalkids.band/inalittlehouse

Hello All,

I'm making a band website. My homepage background looks great on desktop, but its aspect ratio didn't look great on mobile.

I found a workaround to get a different image on mobile that had a more appropriate aspect ratio, but now it's become the background to my entire site and interferes with reading certain text blocks on mobile.

Is there a way to
a) Only change the background image for the homepage for mobile

b) Add custom css to make other page's background white on mobile?

I tried adding the following code to the advanced css for InALittleHouse, but no change happened:

//// White Background on In a Little House
<style>
.Main {
background-color: #ffffff !important;
}
</style>

////

Any and all thoughts appreciate. Please be kind -- I'm a composer.
