Category Font Size help

Hello! could anybody possibly help me change the category font size on my website? I'm really struggling. The font size is huge and it looks a little bit silly. I would also really like the categories on mobile to appear at the top of the page on each individual category, and not just shop all, but I've no idea how to do it. Many thanks in advance.
