Videos will not go to the correct url.

I spoke to customer support, and they sent me here. My videos will only go to the correct corresponding url if you click exactly the play button anything outside that on the pic, it goes to another one of my video's url's.  Customer support stated the problem was "code added in the Home menu under Design > Site Styles might be related to this issue. When I added the code to my test site, the videos in summary blocks opened different videos as well. Editing this code might resolve the issue."  Can someone help with this ?
