Add to cart button hidden until hover

I cant seem to figure out why my "add to cart" button is hidden until hovered upon. Thank you kindly for any help!

This code hides your cart button.

Find and remove it or add the following code to overwrite it

.sqs-custom-cart[aria-label="0 items in cart"] {
  display: block !important;
}

it is in individual products that it is not working.
