Changing the Logo Link for Wexley Website

Hello,

I've tried every variation of the "my homepage is a cover page and I want my site logo to link to another page" solution I could find in these forums, but can't get it to work. I suspect this is because the site uses the Wexley template and all answers were for others.

Could somebody help me fix this?
