Can you change templates on version 7.1?

I’ve just published a new Squarespace site as our previous one was on version 7.0, and when browsing templates I learnt that you cannot use 7.1 templates if your site was on 7.0. So we paid another annual subscription to set up a new site using the 7.1 templates - but I can’t find the option to browse templates in the main menu like I could with our previous website. I’m happy with the template we’ve chosen but I just remembered that on our old website I could browse templates in the main menu and I was wondering if it is still an option.

Can you change templates in 7.1, and if so, where is the templates button in the menu?
