Help! Image formatting on phone

Hi all,

I am having a little problem with one particular image on my site!

The banner at the top of my home page looks great on a computer but gets cut off on the mobile site.

This is an issue to me as I get more views on mobile than desktop. Anyone know how to fix this?!
