Navagation hamburger showing footer content on some pages.

Hello, 

On our home screen and a couple other random pages, whem the hamburg icon shows up the information that usually shows is replaced with the footer info and messes up the whole function of the page. I don't know why this happened and I can't seem to fix it. Any insight would be super helpful. I have attached two photos, one is the footer as the navagtion bar and the other is a page that is fuctioning normally.
