Making buttons open popups

Hey, I wanted to know how can i make buttons open popups, i sued the people template which allows for buttons to be placed under the cards, but i cant find how do you make them open up popups.

Any help would be appreciated

Can you describe more about your issue? Do you mean the button as i mark on the below image

if you can share some screenshot of your idea, it could be helpful for us to find the right solution

You press the more info button and something like this shows up (bottom pic)
