Reduce Space Above Index Title

I would like to reduce the spacing between the index text over an index image. I managed to move the text up, but I still would like to move it up an addition +/-10px but it seems like something else is controlling that. Is there a bit of code that I can add to move it up further (where indicated in pink on the image provided).

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css
