How do I vertically align a newsletter block to centre next to an image?

Hi!

I'm having difficulty aligning my newsletter block to the centre point of an image to it's right. I've tried using spacers to create this effect; though this seems to change depending on the size of the screen the page displays on. 

I've attached an example of how I would like the page to look - any help would be greatly appreciated!
