Apply site background to all pages

I'd like to apply the site background on my homepage to all pages on my site.

The background is currently one of the Squarespace Art moving style. I've attached the reference below.

Is there a way I can apply this background across the whole website?

Can you just apply the same background config on other page?

It doesn't apply to the entire page. It cuts off at new sections. 

Is there any way to have the background go on the entire page like my homepage?

Did this ever get figured out? Having the same issue.

The art background effect being applied to additional sections on a page.

This works to create a similar gradient, but squarespace added a new feature called "Art Backgrounds" which are dynamic moving backgrounds. I think the issue is that it will only apply to the cover page and not new added sections.
