How to change link text to website in google

Hi, I am trying to change what comes up as hyperlink text when you google search my website name. In the attached image below, I want to change the link from saying "My 1:1 coach approach..." to something else. I followed the Squarespace SEO site title guide and took a screen shot (below) where I tried to change this, but the google result will not change. It has been 3 days, and despite refreshing and retrying it will not change. I also would like to change the text underneath the hyperlink.
