Swapping blocks (mobile breakpoint)

Looking to switch the order of content on some of my pages so the hiercahy is: title, image, body. Unsure if each element needs to be a seperate block? 

Also there are instances where there are multiple lents within the same section. 

Any help would be appreciated - many thanks

Add to Design > Custom CSS
