Adjusting Newsletter Block in footer

Hello, I've scoured these pages for some code assistance and nothing seems to be working.   I am looking to create a small newsletter block at the bottom portion of my footer. I only want an input field and a subscribe button.  I'd like the email field to prefill with "Your Email". I'd like the font to match the fonts AND SIZE in the footer. I'd like the subscribe button to be to the right of the input button and I'd like the overall size of this to match my footer sizes.  I'd also like to decrease the size of the padding in the block so it fits in line with the text in the footer and doesn't add empty space to the bottom of the pages.  I want the entire newsletter block to look similar to the attached photo but at the bottom of the page.

Have you tried creating the Newsletter in footer section?
