Adding MENU text beside the hambuger icon

Hi everyone, 

Just wanted know the coding for adding the word "MENU" right beside the hamburger icon in the navigation.  Kyle asked in another post and @tuanphan answered but I am using a different a different templet.  Thanks to anyone who can help!

Add to Design > Custom CSS

.mobile-nav-toggle.fixed-nav-toggle:before {
    content: "Menu";
    position: absolute;
    left: -50px;
}

I can't thank you enough.  It worked!!
