Hover Menu Length Issues

Hello, the white box that hovers over the ABOUT US menu is too long and covers the logo. We do not want the logo to be smaller, we simply need the length of that white box to be shorter so that it matches with the wordage inside. As you can see, all of the page names are very short and don't require so much room. Can this be done? If so, what coding needs to be done to make it happen? Thank you.
