Facebook chat messenger not showing

Hi guys, I have installed the facebook messenger chat on my website. Its showing to me in the backend (it pops up when I log in to make changes) but not when I go to my website?

+1 to this question! It shows up when editing on the SS side, but not on the live site.

Hi All, I have the exact same issue, injected the code pasted from Fb, shows on the site editor in Squarespace but not on the live site.  Was there a solution here?  

I have this same problem on a site that was previously working. I edited the code to change the page id and now it's not working. When I look at the HTML in Chrome there is a piece of code missing. The code in the footer definition includes a DIV element with an id of fb-root, a script element, and a second DIV element with a class of fb-customerchat. The second DIV does not arrive at the browser.
