Adding a donate button to the banner in Bedford

Trying to add a donate button to banner of the "Take Action" page.  Is it only possible to link to a URL?  If so, what's the URL for donations?  Here are the instructions from the Squarespace tutorial on how to add buttons -- no details on adding "Donate" button here.

Hi. You can add a donation block under banner, then share link to your site, we can give the code to move button position into banner

Thanks Tuanfan, but how?  There's no (+) prompt or other obvious method to do so in the banner edit page.  I'm not editing code, just using the interface...
