Remove top padding on landing page

Hello all,

I'm working on making this a landing page, but I cannot for the life of me remove the top space/padding, which in the Design Style is referenced as "Content Section Padding". The change I only want on this page.

Could your solution also help for my issue with the Zion template? Also the official demo page is affected, when you hovering over the option fields in the middle,

Since some days the hover pictures are no longer in full screen. The top of the page keeps display the original background. It would be nice if you can help me. The support has not answered yet. Thank you in advance.

There is mystery padding all over the coded text on my first landing page in my welcome index. I've trouble shoot it a ton and cannot  figure out what is causing it or how to fix it.  I put a neon line graphic temporarily to make it appear intentional until I can figure out what's causing it. 

This is 7.0 template version "Thorne"

I'm also having the problem on mobile, Ideally, everything in this firstchild is visible above the fold on mobile too.

Any ideas or tips would be appreciated

#1. You mean the image + the text is move down on preview?

#2. What should it look like on mobile?

I actually fixed this by taking out the coded text and replacing it with an image with transparent backgound. But thank you for responding!
