Banner won'r Resize in mobile

I used a company logo as the banner photo on two pages.  It will not resize properly on mobile.  It gets cropped.  I have added several of a css fix, but nothing has worked so far.  Any ideas?  It is affecting the landing and about pages on

Thank you very much, this fixed the homepage, but did not fix the About page.  Is there something I can do to fix that page.
