Custom Receipt based on shipping

We are offering three pick-up options for customers to receive orders. I would like to include information like time and address in the receipt for each of these options. How can I create a rule or add code to the receipt text for each shipping option? For instance, if the customer chose to pickup at our warehouse, the receipt text would say, "You chose to pick up your order at {warehouse}........"
