How to remove product form info on customer invoice

Hello, I have a client who sells educational type courses - both online and in-person. I have set up each unique course as a product with its own unique product form - this is to gather specific information about the customer. I don't want this info appearing on the customers invoice as the form is so long. Can this be removed from the automated invoice?? Thanks (password is tmtogether)
