Center Captions in Gallery Image

Hello! Newbie at Squarespace here! I would love some tips on how to center the caption on these images that were uploaded as a gallery block. I found this CSS code but it says I need to target the caption only and I am not sure how to do that.

where is the page with the gallery section

The gallery section is in both the Amenities/Meet the Team Section.
