Random tiled feature incorporated in a page from landing page

Hi Guys,

So from my research it looks like I can't customise a landing page (montage) to how I would like (using the tiled feature) to use as a Overview Page on the website. Pic 1 see below   (The feature uses images from a folder and randomly load them into a tiled effect (as seen on the landing page when you enter my website) 

So what's the best way to start a new page but with a function of using a tiled effect that the Montage landing page template used for it's landing page also how to keep in with-in the frame. ( a mock up how i'd like it) Pic 2 see below

Any thoughts? The overview page is live of the landing page which I've tried to edit but have come to a dead end.
