Remove extra blank space from bottom of my page

Hi,

On the bottom section of my page design, there's lots of black extra blank space and I can't see how to remove it. I've tried adjusting the section parameters so everything is small, but it leaves all this extra space at the bottom is seem unable to remove. 

Any suggestions on how to fix most welcome.

it's the default min-height property

  min-height: inherit !important;
}

  padding-bottom: 4vw !important;
}
