Commerce app not displaying purchase amount

In the commerce app when a purchase is made I cannot see the number of units that have been purchased. 
 

The attachment in red circle should be showing x2 units. 
 

i have the iPhone 12 Pro full update and latest commerce app. I have tried deleting and re-installing app. 
 

partners phone is a iPhone X full updates and is working fine. 
 

any help would be appreciated.
