Changing site navigation text font colour on scroll

Hi All

Having some trouble figuring out how to get the navigation text along the top of my site to be white (with image background) and then change to black (with white background) as you scroll down.  Have read a few posts on this but can't get it to work.  

I am using version 7.1 

The password for the site is blake.
