Change colours of Shopping cart

Hello, I hope someone can help. I want to change either the background colour or the text colour of the shopping cart on my site.

I really cannot figure out how to do it. I have searched and read and I have tried this one:

body#cart {
    background-color: #fa7b05;
}

But nothing happens. Why is that? Does someone know? Could someone help.

Alternatively, I would change the text and heading to black.

Creedon, thank you 🙂 I Actually just found out that it could be possible that I didn't see it if I was logged in, as I was, so I tried another browser, and voilà, there it was 😉
