Disable Mobile Version CSS

All I want to do is disable the mobile version of my site. On the mobile version the text is enormous and shirks the images down way to much. I feel like I've been searching around for hours and haven't found a solution. I've even tried making a new site with templates that are supposed to have a "dissable mobile version" option, and can't find that option anywhere. Has anyone done some css that disables the mobile version?

Which text do you have problem?

Each page, each section needs a different code. Can you describe the desired layout for each section on mobile. We can help easier

I don't like the home page, video get's that cropped. /
If possible I could upload separate vertical video for the mobile version
or have horizontal video ( not cropped ) in the middle of the screen on mobile with the black background maybe..
Same with the page "Music", had to design collaged image that works for mobile and computer,
but ideally to have two different images or have it not cropped.

Do you think you can help with that?

2 options

O1. use code to resize video/images on mobile

O2. Add 2 videos, 2 images, then we will give the code to show 1 on desktop, show 1 on mobile.

Computer version is already there. 
Should I upload mobile version on YouTube as well?

Yes. We need to check it to know it's code. if you don't add, we don't able to do this.
