how to reduce the font size in the 'project' panels and lower navigation?

The lower navigation font size with the project pages (titled 'current stock') is enormous on my current layout (and even worse on the mobile version). I can't seem to select the navigation and adjust the font size down. Any suggestions?'

Add to Design > Custom CSS

h2.item-pagination-title {
    font-size: 1rem !important;
}

This worked perfectly. And to adjust the font size further you can change the number in front of the "rem"

i.e. 1.3rem
