How to make form placeholder text stay when clicking on it?

Hey!

I have a contact form on my website (here) where I've added a placeholder text in the 'message' field. If someone clicks on and starts typing in that field, the text naturally disappears. However, I'd like the text to stay there (so that people can quickly use that exact text and send it off to me).

Is there any way of doing this?

The text will be smaller, above the text user typing?

Do you use Personal or Business Plan or higher?

No, rather I'd like it to be just normal text inside the field, which the users can edit themselves.

I have a Personal plan.
