Can you hide pricing and add POA to products?

Hi everyone! Hope you are all well. 🙂

I am a bespoke jeweller and would like to hide pricing on my site and replace it with POA (price on application). Is it possible to hide it from one store and not the other?  

I would also like to add a form to each product, without having to click on the 'add to basket' button first.

Any help will be much appreciated!

It is not possible to gather purchase information, such as engraving details, before the add to cart button is clicked. You can only do this with a Custom Product Form.
