Removing "ALL" from Index Navigation at the bottom of the page

I have an index page that features my portfolio. The index pages consists of 8 gallery pages.
I've enabled "Show Index Navigation" so when you click on each gallery and scroll to the very bottom, the rest of the gallery pages appear linked at the bottom.

However, I would like to remove the link to ALL as I do not want a link back to the main index page./
Does anyone know how to get around this?

Add this to Design->Custom CSS
 

.index-nav-link.index-all-link {
  display: none;
}
.index-nav-link.index-all-link+.index-nav-link::before {
  display: none;
}
