Creating a dropdown menu for navigation page

Hi, is it possible to create a dropdown menu for the Portfolio navigation page? I was hoping to add one on the top bar to "portfolio" linking to the 4 pages listed on the "portfolio" page. Instead of creating a folder with 4 pages. I drew on the picture in red to kind of show what I mean.
