How do I add a mobile "View Cart" button on the York template?

On the Help Forum is says basic styles get this handy bar that pops up when an Item is the cart and I want to add that to the advanced York template. If anyone knows how to do that, that would be awesome, thanks. 

I think there is no way to do this.

If you want to fix cart icon only, like this, you can add this to Design > Custom CSS

    position: fixed;

    right: 20px;

}
