Howto replace "add to cart" button with contact email

Dear Community,

I would like to replace the function of the "add to cart" buttons on my product pages. When a client clicks on the button, they should be able to send an email instead. Because I am not intending to sell products with one click, but rather customers have to inquire about products.

Couldn't find a solution thus far and would be grateful for your help!
