Subscription reminders for business owner

Hi - is there a way for the business owner to  receive an email reminder about a subscription that needs to be fulfilled (and not the customer)?

Also - what is the best way to remind a customer of their subscription. This company hand delivers fresh flowers and so there's no shipping notification.

Subscription orders show up in your Orders tab within Commerce. You can customize the customer notification emails as well!
