Logo not centered on Tudor Template 7.1

Hi, I've been trying for the longest time to centre my logo. I just want it centred on all devices. I have got code to;

remove banner image on my blog posts

stop scrolling of header as you go down my page

and to make the logo size larger because without, it's very small and not easy to see. 

If anyone can help, I'd be so so thankful.
