Photo banner cropping too much on mobile - Harris Template

Hi,

I am using the banner photos and for most pages they work well on both desktop and mobile. However, one particular photo is cropping too much on mobile. Is there a way to scale the photo down to crop differently on mobile only? See attached image to show how it is cropping.
