Custom Embeded Code changes text block and footer below

Hello,

I created custom code which I embeded in square space to have an interactive image map.

But now that I  have finaly got that working, it changes the font of the text block below (now deleted) and the footer. Which you can no longer edit.

if any one can tell me how to stop the code affecting the text below, I would be much appreciative.
