Buttons in text boxes CSS applied but # colour not right

I have applied some custom CSS to have buttons within text boxes but the colours aren't representative of what the # ref is on hover?

It seems to be showing some kind of transparency over the top

Any help great fully appreciated

I've managed to fix this myself, it seems that the default was to add some opacity to the hover state as standard so I have used CSS to stop it 

opacity: 1.0 !important;
