Does anyone here know how to add SWIPE/SCROLL WITH FINGER scrolling functionality to my website using custom CSS? Attached to this is the custom CSS that a previous coder inputted for reference. I know that's the code that relates to the example page because when I deleted it, the scrolling functionality that I'm looking for went away. I've been trying to figure this shit out for hours and I'm so frustrated. Haven't been able to get a hold of him recently. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
