changing summary title link color

Hello!

I have an events list in carousel and the summary title link doesn't seem easily customizable so I tried inspecting and using what I found there (example below) but I can't get the titles to change to be white (they are on a black background index). Any suggestions for css coding to change all my summary link titles for this specific events carousel?

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS
