Categories at top, tags at bottom of blog post

Hi, I can't figure out for the life of me how to achieve this simple look. When blog posts are rendered on my site (either in list or in single page form) the published date appears at the top, and then a dot, and then all the tags of the post. This looks super cluttered with even 3+ tags and it's extremely distracting from the title ): I would like the tags and categories of my blog post to appear at the bottom of the page, for instance like this:

september 17, 2020

TITLE

Blog text/excerpt

read more (only in list view) ->

Categories: category1, category2, etc

Tags: #tag1 #tag2 #etc

This is an infinitely cleaner look and I really wish Squarespace allowed more configuration of blog posts to account for things like this ): I specifically want the categories separated by commas, and the tags to each have the hashtag symbol. How can I achieve this with custom CSS or an injected script? There doesn't seem to be any way to do it with the existing site style options, as confirmed by a customer support agent.

Thank you so, so much in advance for any help.
