My Two Picture Carousel Off Center To The Left of My Website

My carousel which is in between a banner and a gallery, is only two pictures, actually 16 that go one after another but only shows two pictures at a time, and it is not centered for some reason. I tried to add some CSS code as instructed but it did not work. I am hoping to keep the pictures left justified but bring the whole carousel over to the middle of the page. You can see it at the top of the screen grab I have included. I would like for the box that says "CELEBRATE" to align with the picture below it. Any help you can lend is appreciated.

Did not, sent you a separate note, not sure if the code is same for my problem, or maybe I need to add something between that new code and the existing code that is already in that position. When I added the code you provided to the website did not seem to relaunch any differently though.
