How to make that big text + button block ?

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to remake the same kind of structure Neil Patel is having on this website's main page.

This big white block in the middle of the page :

And on mobile it shows perfect, see here :

 

How would you procede in order to obtain that please ?

I tried using different text blocks, but they seem to merge together all the time.

Add Text Block 1 (step 1 title + Description) + Button Block + Text Block 2 (step 2 title + description) + Button Block

Add Line Block

Add Text Block 3, Button Block, Text Block 4, Button Block

Remove Line Block
