Newsletter button, fields and spaces

Hello,

I've been struggling a while with the newsletter. So my newsletter is in my footer and I have one field for the user to enter their emails and the 'sign up' button. 

Below are my questions:

1) How do I reduce the space between the email field and the sign up button?

2) How do I reduce the length (not width) of the email field and sign up button

3) How do I generally reduce the size of footer or make it as narrow as possible even with the newsletter and social media icons being in there.
