Change Logo "or" Header Colors for Inner Pages

Hello,

I am attempting to do one of two things:

1. Use one logo on the Homepage and use another logo on all Other Pages.

OR

2. Change the Header Color Theme for all Other (non-home) pages. 

For context:

• My Home page has a white logo over a transparent header, with a photo in the background.
• My Inner pages (all pages other than Home) all have a solid white backround.
• So I need to either use a black logo for all Other pages, or just make the Other pages header background black, so the original white logo will be seen.

I have a paid "Personal" account, so I do not have access to page-level Custom Coding.

Hey Guys ... How did you get around this issue?

I have a white logo on most pages (transparent header, with a photo in the background) .... except my blog and events which has a white background and the logo isn't showing up at all. 

So I need either: 

• different coloured logo on the blog / events pages or
• blue header on the blog / event pages (ideally I want to the header block to disappear when people scroll) ... this is my preferred option but right now I'm willing to settle for the first option!
