Code Block HTML Not showing on Live Site

I'm embedding my Tave contact form using it's "iFrame" HTML code and pasting it into the Code Block on my website - The contact form shows up on my end after pasting it, but NOT on the Live site, it's only showing a portion of the text.  This is only since I switched to a different template....help much appreciated, I know nothing about html and coding. I've attached images of what my code looks like from Tave, what the contact form looks like while editing my site, and then what I see when I'm viewing it live.
